GreenFreight Moving Company provides residential and commercial relocation services, including but not limited to packing, transport, storage, and specialty handling. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Quotes and Pricing

Estimates

All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is determined after a thorough assessment of your move requirements. Actual costs may vary based on inventory volume, access conditions, and distance.

Written Estimates

Once a formal scope of work is approved and signed, we provide a detailed written estimate. If the scope changes during the move, we discuss any cost adjustments with you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. A deposit may be required to secure your moving date.

Liability and Insurance

Standard Coverage

All moves include standard valuation coverage as required by federal regulations. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.
Claims Process

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Our assurance team will review and resolve claims within five business days of submission.
Limitation of Liability

GreenFreight's liability is limited to the coverage option selected by the client. We are not responsible for items packed by the owner unless damage to the container is evident.
Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or government actions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled move date will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. Rescheduling is available subject to crew and equipment availability.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
